<p>An objective of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a power transferring part requiring high corrosion resistance more productively with lower costs. Accordingly, the present invention forms a part in a preferred shape under a room temperature by having low-cost metallic powder as basic material, and inserts the formed part into a vacuum chamber to perform pack cementation by inserting a pack filled of chrome powder, an activating agent, and deactivating filler, wherein the part is heated under a high temperature equal to or greater than a sintering temperature while inert gas such as hydrogen gas and Ar are supplied to enable the part formed with metallic powder to be sintered and coated with chrome to form a stainless portion only up to the coated portion, thereby having high corrosion resistance and wear resistance.</p> |
