<p>The present invention relates to a method for producing rice starch and, more specifically, to a method for producing rice starch comprising the steps of: a) soaking rice powder in water; b) adding pectinase in the rice powder soaked in step a); c) adding protease in rice powder stirred in step b); d) obtaining deposited product by centrifuging a rice powder stirred in step c); and e) drying the deposited product. Provided in the present invention is a method for producing rice powder having excellent properties and having high starch yield by two-stage enzyme treatment.</p>
