<p>The present invention relates to a sporting apparatus for joints and pelvis of waist, comprising a main seating part to have a bottom surface on which users lay down; an extra seating part which is connected to the lower end part of the main seating part to rotate and is a part on which back or a part on shoulders and the head of users is located when users lay down; and a slide part which is installed to slide and move back and forth from lower part of the main seating part and enables pelvis of waist and joints of legs to be folded and unfolded by moving back and forth after both feet of users are hung up the upper surface on the slide part.</p> |
