The present invention relates to a device and a method capable of inspecting the state of a sealer coating layer on a vehicle-body panel and a nozzle condition of a sealer coating gun by using a laser beam and a camera on a real time basis. The present invention obtains the new inspecting device capable of photographing the sealer coating layer and the nozzle of the sealer coating gun at the same time after mounting a kit composed of a pair of laser-beam radiators and the camera, thereby checking not only the sealer coating layer but also damage to the nozzle of the sealer coating gun and three-dimensionally inspecting the width and height of a sealer bead coating layer due to the radiation of the laser beam. In addition, the present invention provides the device for inspecting the state of the sealer coating layer and the nozzle condition capable of improving the accuracy of inspecting the sealer coating layer and the nozzle condition and enhancing a sealer coating quality by arranging LED lights around the nozzle and camera to obtain enough brightness and a nozzle indirect heating effect.
