Disclosed is a device for capturing and storing carbon dioxide formed to exchange heat between desorption towers when forming a facility having a plurality of desorption towers. According to the present invention, the device comprises an absorption tower in which exhaust gas is injected to a lower end, and carbon dioxide (CO_2) of exhaust gas is absorbed through an absorbent inside; and a first and a second desorption tower receiving the absorbent which absorbs carbon dioxide (CO_2) of exhaust gas in the absorption tower, desorbing carbon dioxide (CO_2), and returning the same into the absorption tower. Heat energy of exhaust gas getting out the first desorption tower is used as heat source of a reboiler which heats the second desorption tower.
