<p>The present invention proposes a device and method to distribute a vehicle driving force capable of calculating the driving force in accordance to whether the vehicle drives straight or not, and distributing the driving force in a driving mode. According to the present invention, the device and method to distribute the driving force of the vehicle includes: a straight-drive determining unit determining whether the vehicle drives straight or not based on the driving information of the vehicle; a first driving-force calculating unit calculating a first driving force based on a longitudinal speed of the vehicle when it is determined that the vehicle drives straight; a second driving-force calculating unit calculating a second driving force based on a transverse acceleration of the vehicle when it is determined that the vehicle does not drive straight; a driving-mode determining unit determining the driving mode based on the first or second driving force; and a driving-force distributing unit distributing the first or second driving force in accordance to the driving mode to apply torque to operate a corresponding wheel to a motor.</p> |
