<p>The present invention relates to a method to prepare a polyurethane urea elastic yarn, wherein the method comprises the steps of: preparing a prepolymer solution by polymerizing polyol and diisocyanate to produce a polyurethane precursor and dissolving the polyurethane precursor in a solvent; preparing an amine solution by dissolving a chain extender and a chain stopper in a solvent; preparing a polyurethane urea spinning stock liquid having intrinsic viscosity of 1.0 or more by stirring the prepolymer solution and the amine solution, followed by a chain extension reaction; stirring the spinning stock liquid at a temperature of 40-70°C until the viscosity of the spinning stock liquid reaches 4,000-10,000 poise, followed by storing; and spinning and winding the polyurethane urea spinning stock solution, whereby here, the chain extender includes ethylene diamine and diethylenetriamine. According to the method, the polyurethane urea elastic yarn is prepared from the spinning stock liquid having excellent storage stability, thereby providing a polyurethane urea elastic yarn having excellent modulus and heat resistance.</p> |
