<p>The present invention relates to a food waste disposal apparatus that pulverizes food waste supplied from the outside and reduces the amount of finally discharged food waste by drying the food waste using microwaves while simultaneously compressing the pulverized food waste, thereby minimizing moisture content. The food waste disposal apparatus according to the present invention comprises: an inflow part for introducing food waste; a pulverization part including a compression pipe for pulverizing the food waste introduced from the inflow part; a compression part including a compression pipe having both ends, extending toward both the ends and having, at one end, an inlet for introducing the food waste pulverized by the pulverization part and, at the other end, an outlet for discharging the pulverized and introduced food waste, a screw conveyor fixed to both the ends of the compression pipe to be able to rotate, and a driving motor for transmitting a rotational force to the screw conveyor so as to compress the food waste pulverized by the pulverization part; and a drying part installed in the lengthwise direction of the compression pipe and including a plurality of magnetrons for radiating microwaves to dry the food waste introduced into the inlet and transferred to the outlet.</p> |
