<p>The present invention provides probe compositions, DNA chips, and a kit capable of managing quarantine for aphids and controlling the aphids quickly and effectively, and being applicable for improvement of agricultural productivity by simply classifying the aphids living in cut flowers, especially imported cut flowers, with speed and accuracy and specifically discriminating a species; and a method for classifying aphids using the same. According to the present invention, unexpected damage to crops, which is caused by carrying the aphids living in the imported cut flowers into the country, is prevented, and the species which cause fatal damage to the cut flowers and spread rapidly can be discriminated simply, quickly, and accurately, thereby being widely applicable for effectively blocking the inflow of harmful insects into the country and improving the agricultural productivity.</p> |
