<p>The present invention relates to a foundation of a rockfall protecting column. The foundation of a rockfall protecting column comprises: a column which functions as a frame of a rockfall protector and has an I-shaped cross-section; multiple brackets which are installed to connect the column to a back side of a retaining wall and surround the cross-section of the column; a base unit which includes a base which is vertical to the column and C-beams which are formed to be symmetrical and have the column therebetween; multiple side anchors for stably fixing the brackets of the column to the retaining wall; and a lower anchor stably supporting the base unit by being driven downward from the base unit. The lower end of the column with I-shaped cross-section is assembled to the base unit by inserting the column into between the two C-beams on the left and right sides. The column and the base unit are stably supported by driving the lower anchor on the base unit. The brackets are assembled to the column, and the brackets are coupled to a side anchor installed on the back side of the retaining wall, so that the column is further stably supported. Therefore, the foundation of a rockfall protecting column can satisfy a realistic requirement in a construction site, can be much simple and safety, and can disperse and absorb rockfall energy applied to the column to the retaining wall using the side anchor. The foundation of a rockfall protecting column can also prevent a structure from entering a curb by reinforcing supporting force using the base unit vertical to the column and the lower anchor.</p> |
