摘要 The present invention relates to a method to control a distance between an oxygen lance and molten metal in electric furnace operation and, more specifically, to a method to control a distance between an oxygen lance and molten metal in electric furnace operation capable of constantly maintaining a distance between an oxygen lance and molten metal inside an electric furnace. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is the method to control a distance between an oxygen lance and molten metal in electric furnace operation comprising: step (a) of presetting interrelation between the distance between an oxygen lance and molten metal in an electric furnace, and the temperature difference of coolant flowing around the oxygen lance; step (b) of measuring the temperature difference of the coolant in the electric furnace operation; and step (c) of calculating the distance for the oxygen lance and molten metal through the measured temperature difference of the coolant.
