Disclosed is a system which houses a portable power-transfer drill machining facility and realizes mechanical determination of a conventional hole vector and duplication of the hole to the same vector on a new manufacturing part. The system has a plurality of variable hole vectors and enables accurate and corresponding drill machining on the part. Also, the system can be adjusted in a z-axis, which allows infinite and accurate positioning of a drill tip prior to the drill machining, thereby increasing accuracy and enabling management of chip ejection. An interchangeable drill adaptor inside a quill sleeve allows for a large size range for a drill to be used. |
