A digital image of the object is captured and the object is recognized from plurality of objects in a database. An information address corresponding to the object is then used to access information and initiate communication pertinent to the object.

an image database storing a plurality of reference images, the reference images having reference image salient parameters; and an image processor coupled with the image database and configured to:
receive an input image from at least one of a browser enabled device and a mobile device;decompose the input image into input image salient parameters;recognize at least one classification associated with the input image based on a comparison of the input image salient parameters to the reference image salient parameters;identify content related to the at least one classification; andcause the content, via a network address, to be returned to the at least one of a browser enabled device and a mobile device.
