PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for creating statistical data by reflecting actual condition of drug sales.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus for creating statistical data from drug sales data includes: an acquisition unit which acquires sales data of drugs sold to each of a plurality of medial facilities including a first-type medical facility, a second-type medical facility, and a third-type medical facility; a group storage unit which stores a definition of a group including two or more second-type medical facilities; a pair storage unit which stores a definition of a pair of the third-type medial facility and the first- or second-type medical facility; an increase unit which increases sales data of the drugs to the medical facility to be paired with the third-type medical facility, on the basis of the sales data of the drugs to the third-type medical facility; and a generation unit which generates statistical data which represents facility-based sales data for the first-type medical facility, and represents group-based total sales data for the second-type medical facility.
