PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food and drink, a cherry leaf extract which is contained in the food and drink and can improve the flavor of a spice and a production method of the flavor improver.SOLUTION: The flavor of a food and drink is improved or enhanced by adding a minimum amount of an extract obtained by extracting leaves of cherry with carbon dioxide in a liquid, subcritical or supercritical state and the ethanol aqueous solution in the presence of an ethanol aqueous solution of 5-99.5 w/w%. |
