PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter securement device which reduces a possibility of accidental movement of a catheter.SOLUTION: The catheter securement device that adheres to the skin of a patient having an epidural catheter or similar small flexible tube member inserted percutaneously comprises: a flexible sheet-like body member 11 capable of adhering to the skin of the patient; a double notched pad member 14 over which the catheter is bent; and a releasable retention member 21 to secure the catheter onto the body member.
