<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal foil formed body and a method of manufacturing the same which reduce scrap of a metal foil and manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A metal foil formed body 11 is structured of a formed body 20 and formed body 30 having an approximately rectangle shape. The formed body 20 is integrally formed of one sheet of aluminum foil, and is structured of respective formed components 21a, 21b for forming respective frames 15a, 15b, and respective formed components 22a-22c for forming respective frames 16a-16c. The respective formed components are integrally formed by cutting the respective band-shaped aluminum foils arranged in a state corresponding to the formed body 20 in predetermined sizes and press-forming the whole. The formed body 30 engaging with the formed body 20 is similarly formed. As a result, the respective frames are formed of the respective corresponding minimum aluminum foils, and scrap of the aluminum foil is reduced and manufacturing cost is reduced.</p> |
