<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to confirm an approval state of a forwarded document and also to store data with small memory capacity.SOLUTION: A scan file storage device is configured to store an image file memory 24 with an image file F of a forwarded document P having been read by a scanner 100 associatively with a management key, and includes a management key collating part 203 which determines whether an image file having the same management key with the image file F having been read by the scanner 100 is already stored in the image file memory, and an old/new determination part 204 and a storage processing part 205 which collates pieces of forwarding log information on both the image files with each other and updates the stored image file into the latest image file when the image file having the same management key is already stored in the image file memory 24.</p> |
