<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid mixer which improves the durability of a substrate against stress applied from the exterior.SOLUTION: A first seal member 21 is disposed between one surface 11a of a first housing 11 and one main surface 13a of a substrate 13. The first seal member 21 is formed by an elastic member forming an annular shape. A second seal member 22 and a third seal member 23 are disposed between one surface 12a of a second housing 12 and the other main surface 13b of the substrate 13. The second seal member 22 and the third seal member 23 are formed by elastic members respectively forming annular shapes.</p> |
