<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stout and inexpensive shoe insole which provides good foot comfort by virtue of possession of cushioning properties, flexibility, air permeability, and hygroscopic properties, and which reduces dermatophytosis and malodors by generating a copper ion to inhibit trichophyton and various germs from growing.SOLUTION: A copper ion generating member (3), which is made of copper or a copper alloy and which generates a copper ion under high-humidity conditions, passes through a through-hole (2) of a shoe insole body (1) provided with the through-hole (2) and having cushioning properties, flexibility, air permeability, and hygroscopic properties, and is arranged in the state of being exposed on both front and back sides.
