This switching circuit includes: a full bridge circuit (INV) which includes a first arm including a first switching element (S1) and a second switching element (S2), and a second arm including a third switching element (S3) and a fourth switching element (S4); and a control circuit (8) for outputting a first control signal group which, after changing to a state in which the first switching element (S1) is ON and the second switching element (S2) is OFF, to a state in which the third switching element (S3) is OFF and the fourth switching element (S4) is ON, and a second control signal group which, before changing to a state in which the first switching element (S1) is ON and the second switching element (S2) is OFF, changes to a state in which the third switching element (S3) is OFF and the fourth switching element (S4) is ON.
