A method for animal tissue material disinfection and sterilization and corresponding animal tissue soak solution. The method comprises placing an animal tissue material into an alkaline soak solution containing metal peroxide and detergent, then shaking; using a neutral cleaning liquid to wash the organic components, released during soaking, of microorganisms and animal tissue cells; using a slightly acidic cleaning liquid to wash the tissue matrix; in a neutral solution, cryopreserving or lyophilizing the tissue matrix. The animal tissue soak solution contains 0.01-0.2% (w/v) of metal peroxide and 0.05-1.0% (w/v) of detergent. Animal tissue being pretreated via this method is advantageous to storage of the tissue and further decellularization processing, and the tissue is prepared as a complete tissue matrix scaffold material. |
