An array substrate for a liquid crystal display, a manufacturing method therefor, a display apparatus and an electronic device relate to the technical field of display, can alleviate the phenomenon that a picture displayed on a display panel of an ADS TFT-LCD is excessively green in display effect, and can be easily implemented. The array substrate comprises a base substrate (1), gate lines (2), data lines (5), and a common electrode (8). The gate lines (2) and the data lines (5) are crisscross and are located on the base substrate (1). The common electrode (8) comprises a transparent conducting layer (82) and a first auxiliary conducting layer (81) located below the transparent conducting layer (82). The first auxiliary conducting layer (81) of the common electrode (8) is at least partly overlapped with the gate lines (2) or the data lines (5). |
