Embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of displays and allow for increased time for touch signal scanning. Disclosed are a touch display device and a driving method therefor. For the driving method for the touch display device, the touch display device comprises an n-number of display regions, where n is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and the display regions correspond to multiple rows of pixels. The driving method for the touch display device comprises: in a progressive scanning process, scanning one among the n-number of display regions, and, while outputting a display signal to the display region that is scanned, inputting a touch signal to one among the remaining n−1-number of display regions that are not scanned.
