<p>The present invention relates to a sporting apparatus for making ankle joints and legs work out, which makes ankle joints and legs work out and accordingly makes the same healthy, comprising a base plate, a supporting frame, a foot plate, a back plate, a foot plate spring and a back plate spring. In the present invention, disclosed is a sporting apparatus for making ankle joints and legs work out, comprising a foot plate (3) which makes the ankle joints bend toward; a back plate (4) which makes the ankle joint lift; a width controlling rail; a tension spring; a tension controlling groove; and a fixing vacuum cap. According to the present invention, the sporting apparatus is allowed to move the ankle joint upward and downward in a state of fixing the lower body and accordingly enables calves to be relaxed and contracted like a pump, thereby playing an important role in circulating blood in the vein of the human body. In addition, the sporting apparatus is operated in a simple operation to make the joint ankle work out like pump recommended by specialists and accordingly prevents and treats varicose vein as a leg working out sporting apparatus, thereby leading to healthy and slim ankles and legs.</p> |
