<p>PURPOSE: A rattle preventing structure of an electromotive power steering device is provided to prevent noise due to the rattle of an electromotive power steering device by including a gap compensation unit. CONSTITUTION: A rattle preventing structure of an electromotive power steering device comprises a bevel gear(20), a worm wheel(10), and a gap compensation unit. The bevel gear is connected to the motor. The worm wheel engages with the bevel gear. The worm wheel is coupled with a column axis. A wave spring coupling unit(31) is formed on the lower part of the worm wheel. The gap compensation unit is placed at the bottom of the worm wheel. The gap compensation unit presses the worm wheel toward bevel gear along the longitudinal direction of a column axis. The gap compensation unit comprises a wave spring(30).</p> |
