<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light measuring device that can check not only analysis data but also waveform data at an arbitrary point during and after the execution of data logging.SOLUTION: A light measuring device, which is constituted so as to capture measurement data in a predetermined section for each shot and analyze the measurement data, is provided with a logging data storage unit 107 that stores the measurement data for a plurality of shots; and displays both an analysis result of the measurement data and waveform data based on the measurement data, on an identical display screen.</p> |
