A method and system for identifying an element parameter and a power correction factor of an electric power system. The method comprises: inputting an active power telemetering steady state value P(^), a reactive power telemetering steady state value Q(^), and a voltage telemetering steady state value U(^) of a power grid with n elements, so as to establish a power correction equation P(¯)+jQ(¯)=P(^)+jQ(^)+G(&bgr;, P(^), Q(^)) for a telemetering power, where G(&bgr;, P(^), Q(^)) is a power correction function regarding P(^) and Q(^), and &bgr; is a power correction factor; establishing a power voltage equation F(Y, P(¯), Q(¯), U(^))=0, where Y is an admittance matrix of the n elements; setting F(Y, P(¯), Q(¯), U(^))=&egr; and J=&egr; T ⋅&egr;, minimizing J, and determining Y and &bgr;; restoring element parameters including resistance R, reactance X and susceptance &Bgr; by &Ugr;; and outputting the element parameters R, X and B and the power correction factor &bgr;. The method can identify an element parameter and a power correction factor with a high identification accuracy, and can improve the qualified rate of state estimation, and improves the accuracy of applications such as stability analysis, stability checking and stability control, etc. |
