Disclosed is an industrial defoaming method for high-viscosity pure chitosan spinning solution, comprising the following steps: 1) a filtered pure chitosan spinning solution having a viscosity of 450,000 mpa.s – 500,000 mpa.s is prepared; 2) the spinning solution is fed into a defoaming vessel using high-pressure force; 3) within the defoaming vessel, the pressure therein being maintained at 500 pa - 5000 pa, continuous defoaming is performed on the spinning solution using a hybrid defoaming method combining separating, cutting, film spreading and raising; 4) at a sampling port, a sample is tested for the degree of defoaming, and upon meeting requirements, the defoaming process is completed; if requirements are not met, step three is repeated until requirements are met for completing the defoaming process. The present industrial defoaming method is efficient and effective, and is suitable for spinning solutions having a viscosity falling within a wide range. |
