The present invention relates to a mobile terminal comprising a stylus pen and a touch panel. The mobile terminal, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a touch panel having a plurality of touch panel electrodes;and a stylus pen formed to transmit and receive an electrical signal to and from the touch panel by using capacitance coupling, wherein the stylus pen comprises: a main body; a pen tip having a conductor and protruding outwards from the main body to apply a touch onto the touch panel; and an LC circuit provided in the main body, comprises an inductor and a capacitor, and is electrically connected to the pen tip so that the capacitance coupling occurs between the pen tip and the touch panel.
