<p>A controller (100) causes an electronic component (B) to be moved by a head unit (170) so that an insertion end of a lead terminal (L) of the electronic component (B) matches a terminal insertion hole (SK), which is an insertion location on a plate (P) for the lead terminal (L) (FIG. 6A). Then, a Z-axis servomechanism is controlled so that a suction head (185) is lowered in a vertical downward direction (Z-direction) by a predetermined amount. As a result, the insertion end of the lead terminal (L) assumes a state of being slightly inserted into the terminal insertion hole (SK) of the plate (P) (FIG. 6B). Next, the controller (100) performs positional correction for inserting a boss (Q), which has not been inserted, into a plate insertion hole (SL), which is an insertion location of the plate (P) (FIG. 6C). Lastly, the controller (100), on the basis of a component mounting program stored in mounting program storage means (120), performs an operation to lower the suction head (185) in the vertical downward direction (Z-direction), thereby completing insertion of the lead terminal (L) into the terminal insertion hole (SK) and insertion of the boss (Q) into the plate insertion hole (SL) (FIG. 6D).</p> |
