The present invention relates to a universal subscriber identity module (USIM) based electronic signature process method of a management company. According to the present invention, the USIM based electronic signature process method to be executed from a management server to perform communication with a financial company server includes the steps of: receiving the identification information and signature object data of a customer possession terminal from which the USIM having an authentication certificate applet is detached; encoding the decoded signature object data; and receiving the signature data encoded within the USIM according to a signature operation of the authentication certificate applet.
