<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably and easily count a plurality of electronic parts attached on a tape body wound around a reel.SOLUTION: Using a perspective imaging means which includes a radiation source 1 for generating radiation and emitting toward an analyte and a radiation detector 4 for detecting the radiation transmitting a tape body 101: the tape body 101 which is wound around a reel 102 and in which a plurality of electronic parts 103 are arranged and attached on the longitudinal direction is picturized; two-dimensional distribution of radiation dose detected by the radiation detector 4 is imaged; figures of the electronic parts 103 are extracted from the image; and the number of the electronic parts 103 is counted.</p> |
