The apparatus comprises a supply part (107) operable to receive a food product to be seasoned; a discharge part (109) spaced from the supply part operable to discharge seasoned food product; a plurality of sections (110)arranged between said supply part and discharge part operable to contain seasoning product when in use; and, transfer means (115) operable to transfer food product from the supply part to the discharge part through each of said plurality of sections when in use, such that the food product is substantially coated with seasoning product. |
