<p>A foam sheet which has a thickness of 30 to 200μm and comprises a foam having a density of 0.2 to 0.7 g/cm3 and an average cell diameter of 10 to 100μm. The foam sheet is so configured that the foam sheet can be held in such a state that the foam sheet is intercalated between a support member and a strain detection member. When an impact testing apparatus in which the strain of the strain member upon the loading of impact force onto the support member can be measured by a strain gauge is used, the strain restrain ratio which is expressed by the formula: [strain restrain ratio (%)] = {(ε0-ε1)/ε0}×100 is 20% or more. (In the formula,ε0 represents the maximum strain of the strain member upon the loading of impact force onto the support member when the foam sheet is not mounted between the support member and the strain detection member; andε1 represents the maximum strain of the strain member upon the loading of impact force onto the support member when the foam sheet is mounted between the support member and the strain detection member.)</p> |
