Disclosed is a front tension apparatus for a superlift apparatus. The front tension apparatus for the superlift apparatus comprises a superlift winding apparatus mounted on a mast, a pulley mounted on an arm section of a hoisting arm, and a steel wire rope. The superlift winding apparatus comprises a driving motor (63), a speed reducer (62) connected to the driving motor (63) by means of a transmission shaft (60), and a winding barrel (61) coaxially connected to an output shaft of the speed reducer (62). A first end of the steel wire rope rounds the winding barrel (61), and a second end rounds the pulley and is then connected to the mast. A brake (64) for braking the transmission shaft (60) is mounted on the transmission shaft (60). Also disclosed are a superlift apparatus with the front tension apparatus, and an engineering machine. The front tension apparatus for the superlift apparatus reliably runs in a lifting process of a hoisting arm, and helps to improve the hoisting performance of the hoisting arm.
