The present invention provides a method for implementing an electronic magnifier and user equipment (UE) relating to the technical field of electronic devices, and convenient for users to manipulate and watch contents. The method mainly comprises: when the electronic magnifier of the UE is activated, determining the change information of the inclined angle of the screen of the UE via a gravitation sensor of the UE; moving the magnification region of the electronic magnifier on the basis of the change information of the inclined angle, wherein the magnification region of the electronic magnifier is a part of the display region of the screen, and causing the display content entering the magnification region to be magnifiedly displayed. The embodiment of the present invention is mainly used for the implementation procedure of the magnifier of the electronic device.
