<p>The invention can be used in agriculture for improving the structure and composition of soil and for increasing yields of vegetable and cereal crops and of perennial grasses, and relates to peat processing technology intended for producing micro-dispersed organic fertilizer from peat. A method for producing fertilizer involves the preliminary grinding of peat, in an aqueous or aqueous alkaline medium, using a disk cutter, to an average particle size of 80-120 microns, until a suspension is produced, processing the suspension using an alkali at a weight ratio of components in the suspension (calculated based on dry material) of peat: water: alkali = 1:(1-10):(0.1-1), while the disk cutter is in operation, and simultaneously grinding using a submersible bead mill which is affixed to the same shaft as the cutter, over a period of 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 20-70ºC until an average particle size of 10-30 microns is reached. The technical result is zero waste, simpler technology, reduced duration, decreased cost of the final product, and the ability to use the fertilizer by means of spraying and drip irrigation.</p> |
