The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device having multiple positive hole transporting layers. The present invention includes: a first electrode; a second electrode to be faced with the first electrode; a light emitting layer which is disposed between the first and second electrodes; a first positive hole transporting layer which is disposed between the light emitting layer and the first electrode and includes first compound and first charge generation material; and a second positive hole transporting layer which is disposed between the light emitting layer and the first positive hole transporting layer and includes second compound.
