<p>Provided in the present invention are an adhesive composition containing an antistatic agent which does not damage the adhesive performance, has excellent antistatic properties, and has excellent re-workability, and an adhesive film using the same. The adhesive composition containing an antistatic agent is characterized by containing a pentafluorobenzene compound which is a compound having pentafluorophenyl group (C6F5 group) as an antistatic agent. The pentafluorobenzene compound is an ionic compound, and the anion is preferred to be one kind selected in an anion group consisting of pentafluorobenzene carboxylic acid anion, penta fluorobenzene sulfonic acid anion, and pentafluoro phenoxy anion.</p> |
