<p>The present invention relates to an industrial material that can be useful in various industries as an interior and exterior finishing material for construction, a furniture material, and a household item member, and the like and a method for manufacturing the same. The industrial multipurpose material according to the present invention includes a resin-powder supporting layer that is formed by performing layered molding on a composition in which powder having the form of solid powder is dispersed in and mixed with thermoplastic synthetic resin; and a heat-pressed hardened fiber layer that is integrally stacked on one or both upper surfaces of the resin-powder supporting layer and is hardened while being compressed and pressed in a state where heat is applied to a synthetic resin fiber having the form of pelt or non-woven fabric. The industrial multipurpose composite material according to the present invention is light in weight and has a high level of strength while showing excellent characteristics in terms of water resistance, weatherproofness, shape maintenance, and the like, and thus can be useful in various industries when processed into various product forms such as interior and exterior materials for construction, an alternative for furniture panels, and the like. According to the present invention, a waste synthetic fiber can be collected and reprocessed for recycling as the industrial material, and thus the present invention can contribute to environmental protection, reduction in raw material and manufacturing costs, and increase in economical added values.</p> |
