<p>The present invention relates to a specimen aligning device for a microscope, which comprises: a seating unit which is installed in the lower part of a microscope in order to rotate in front, back, left, and right directions, and where a specimen to be inspected is positioned in the upper part thereof; an angular speed sensing unit which senses an angular speed on the center of rotation of the seating unit, and detects a biaxial alignment angle to front, back, left, and right directions of the seating unit; a driving unit which receives an angle sensing signal from the angular speed sensing unit, in order to adjust the angle of front, back, left, and right directions of the seating so that the top surface of the specimen can be horizontal; and a control unit which receives an angle detecting signal from the angular speed sensing unit, in order to control the operation of the driving unit so that the top surface of the specimen can be horizontal.</p> |
