<p>A method and an apparatus for searching and receiving a web service provided through an IPTV(Internet Protocol Television) network are provided for a client to search a service based on the web of a plurality of service providers and receive a desired service. Information about one or more service, which can be received from the first server of a first service provider selected among a plurality of service providers, is received from a search server. A first service, one among one or more services which can be received from the first server based on the received information, is requested to the first server. In response to the request of the first service, the first service is received from the first server.</p> |
