PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently obtain a positional relation among a plurality of three-dimensional images.SOLUTION: By defining a three-dimensional common coordinate system, setting a first correspondence relation to coordinates on the common coordinate system about each pixel of a first three-dimensional image with at least a portion of a human body as a subject, and positioning a second three-dimensional image with at least a portion of the human body, at least a portion of which overlaps the subject of the first three-dimensional image as a subject, to the first three-dimensional image, a correspondence relation between pixels of the first three-dimensional image and pixels of the second three-dimensional image is obtained. A second correspondence relation to the coordinates on the common coordinate system about each pixel of the second three-dimensional image is obtained on the basis of the obtained correspondence relation and the set first correspondence relation, and the first correspondence relation and the second correspondence relation are stored. |
