The present invention pertains to an information retrieval processing program, device, and method for retrieving an electronic medical record, and makes it possible to retrieve an electronic medical record even with retrieval-target code information that has not been written as written information of an electronic medical record. In an index information creation function unit (102), a keyword information determination unit (106) determines keyword information corresponding to written information of an electronic medical record that has been read out by an electronic medical record read-out unit (105), on the basis of a user master dictionary of a master storage unit (113). A code information read-out unit (107) reads out code information corresponding to the determined keyword information from the user master dictionary of the master storage unit (113), and sets the same as code information. An index information generation unit (108) associates identification information of the electronic medical record with each of the determined keyword information and the read-out code information to generate index information, and stores the same in an index information storage unit (114). A retrieval processing function unit (103) uses this index information to carry out retrieval, thereby allowing for retrieval by specifying code information as a retrieval condition even in the absence of the code information, such as a drug, in the written information of the electronic medical record. |
