The present invention relates to a polarizing plate, a method for manufacturing the same and a liquid-crystal display device comprising the same, the polarizing plate comprising: a polarizer; and a polyester film formed on the upper surface of the polarizer, wherein the polyester film has a maximum heat-shrink angle of about 10° or less and, as about 1.65 or more, any one of refractive index nx in the X-axis direction at a wavelength of 550 nm and refractive index ny in the Y-axis direction at a wavelength of 550 nm.
