<p> Disclosed is an organic light-emitting device with which light-extraction efficiency can be improved. This organic light-emitting device comprises a reflecting electrode, a transparent electrode, and an organic layer sandwiched between the reflecting electrode and the transparent electrode. The organic layer includes, at a minimum, a blue light-emitting emitter, a green light-emitting emitter, and a red light-emitting emitter, the distance from a light emission point indicating the center, in the film thickness direction, of the light emission location of the green light-emitting emitter, to the reflecting electrode being within the range 145 nm-235 nm, the distance from a light emission point indicating the center, in the film thickness direction, of the light emission location of the blue light-emitting emitter, to the reflecting electrode being within the range 130 nm-200 nm, and the distance from a light emission point indicating the center, in the film thickness direction, of the light emission location of the red light-emitting emitter, to the reflecting electrode being within the range 170 nm-275 nm.</p> |
