The present invention relates to three-dimensional structure alignment apparatuses comprising: straight light generators radiating straight light; standard targets installed to face the straight light generators; a plurality of detecting portions which are attached to a plurality of three-dimensional structures, are installed on a path of the straight light, detect the straight light; processing portions determining locations of the three-dimensional structures on the basis of straight light detection locations of the detecting portions; and control portions controlling operations of the straight light generators, the detecting portions, and the processing portions.
