SECTOR SWITCHING METHOD, DEVICE AND APPARATUS

Provided are a sector switching method, device and apparatus. The method is applicable to a wireless communication system, the wireless communication system comprises a merged cell, the merged cell comprises at least two sectors, and the at least two sectors comprise a merged carrier frequency and a non-merged carrier frequency. The method comprises: judging whether state information about a user equipment on a non-merged carrier frequency of a serving sector satisfies a preset switching condition or not, wherein the serving sector is any one sector of at least two sectors; and if so, notifying the user equipment to access a merged carrier frequency of a merged cell, acquiring a first uplink receiving level of the user equipment in at least two sectors, and when a target sector of the user equipment is determined according to the first uplink receiving level, notifying the user equipment to access a non-merged carrier frequency of the target sector. The method provided in the embodiments of the present invention is used for solving the technical problem in the prior art that the normal communication of a user is affected due to data transmission interruption caused during the process of the user equipment conducting cell reselection.
