PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide plate having a high degree of transparency and high luminous efficacy, and a surface light-emitting device using the same.SOLUTION: A light guide plate relating to an embodiment, which has an emission surface for emitting light, a back surface facing the emission surface and an end surface for connecting the emission surface and the back surface, is transparent in a state in which the light is not incident from the end surface. First light scattering means for reflecting the light incident from the end surface to the inside is provided on the back surface. Second light scattering means for transmitting more light than the first light scattering means is provided on the emission surface. |
